Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and handed off to our carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packed using specialized cold-chain insulation and dispatched Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged due to shipping delays, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will issue an immediate full refund or free replacement.
